Know More About Me
Hey all, I'm Chris! Or Mullie, as some call me, either way. I was born and raised in St. Joseph, Mo on a strict diet of 70s and 80s culture. This ended up with me being a kind of "neo" hippie of the late 80's early 90's. We went and saw the Dead back when Jerry was still alive, we wore tie dyes and hemp necklaces, and when I was in high school we would have an Earth Day celebration. Once I went to college I realized that my experience was not the norm and the vast majority of the world had no concept of conservation and environmental impact.
What we do ?
When I stumbled upon the process to melt down polystyrene to make a raw product, I began to see the medium itself as an act of environmental activism. If I can make stuff that looks cool, perhaps it can spark a discussion on the medium, on the environment and hopefully on people's actions.
